The Ultracover policy form includes: Comprehensive Perils coverage on the Dwelling, Other Structures, and Loss of Use.  The policy provides for a guaranteed replacement cost settlement on the Dwelling and Other Structures, and a replacement cost settlement up to the limits shown on the Declarations of Personal Property.
